Deborah Monroe is the founder of Recovery Concepts which offers recovery-based support services for a variety of provider agencies and leads the Bringing Recovery Services to Scale Technical Assistance Center in the implementation of certifying individuals incarcerated in four prisons as peer specialists and/or recovery coaches. Deborah has found strength in using her experience of 20 yrs of being trafficked and her addiction to help other people.
